Pizza Pot Pie

Fan of magic tricks? We got one for you. We turned a pie into a pizza. Made in ceramic ramekin, this delicious pie is baked with the crust on top, just like a pie. When taken out of the oven, it's flipped upside-down. This is when magic happens and the filling slides in making it a pizza dough crust. Brilliant, right?

You had me at pie! Oh, wait, was it a pie or a pizza?

We can’t wait to have you over and try this uber tasty, happy marriage of pizza and pie.

How did they meet? After flipping the crunchy pie crust upside-down, the pizza filling finally saw the light of the day. It was a love at first flip.

Take a bite and you’ll see that delicious is an understatement.

How to make a perfect Pizza Pot Pie

To make the pizza pot pie, we use a ceramic ramekin. Mozzarella and freshly cooked homemade sauces go inside the ramekin.

The crust is then placed on top of the ramekin.

It is then baked in the oven, just like a pie.

To serve the pizza pot pie, we flip the pie upside-down. The filling slides into the pie making it a pizza dough crust..
