• Top pizzas and run our ovens to Japes’ high standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy and consistency during busy shifts
• Prepare fresh ingredients and keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised
• Work closely with the team to deliver smooth customer experience

• Kitchen or pizza experience is a bonus, but a great attitude matters more. Please feel free to apply if you do not have any experience.

Your Role

As a Bartender at Japes Pizza, you will:

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to our high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and efficient atmosphere.
• Suggest and upsell drinks to enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred but not essential – a great attitude is what matters most!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a smile.
• A passion for cocktails, craft beers, and excellent customer service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
