We only serve Detroit pizza, either by the slice or as a whole pizza. The dough is light and airy on the inside, with a crispy, caramelised cheese crust on the outside – baked in deep rectangular pans, just like in Detroit. Grab a slice for a quick bite, or take a whole pie to share with friends or family.

Detroit-style pizza first appeared in the 1940s in Detroit, baked in blue steel pans borrowed from car factories and topped with cheese all the way to the edge so it crisps as it bakes.
